The Falling Earth – The earth as we know it, is coming to an end and a new era is approaching.

Overview of this Map

The land of earth between heaven and hell is coming to an end. The impossible is starting to happen and the destruction starts with our blue skies. These colors of the sky and the air between the clouds is all unraveling and being pulled into the underworld. Soon to follow will be the rest of earth’s land and water, then the inhabitants. Here, it feels like time stands still with the remaining pieces of land that weren’t pulled into the abyss, creating islands where it looks like paradise. It truly is a paradise, but it isn’t yours only. With nothing left, everyone and everything claims an island of their own, mostly unidentified freaks of nature. But all of that is just something to slow you down from reaching what’s rightfully yours, the Egg Monument.

Falling Earth is the second Complete the (egg) Monument map in the Impossible Victory series. This map contains many new features with the new updates and they stack on perfectly just like the previous map, Molten Edge. Falling Earth centers itself in a danger everywhere type of situation, such as taking the wrong step can trigger something that you surprisingly would never thought to ever happen, or the main one, slipping off a large rock to you inevitable doom. That’s right, here we have floating islands in the sky that could fall to it’s destruction at any time. Lucky for you, that won’t be happening. Large trees bedeck the each and every island, creating the perfect spawning grounds for monsters. Making it worse is that there’s nowhere to go. I mean, you can try, but you’re risking it just by taking a step closer towards the edge.

The map features floating islands that are placed in areas creating 4 sections, and a mid-section where it’s the central, or the connecting point. The style of the map contains linear-branching through different sections of the map having their own appearance, making things much more interesting. Just like the Nether, it also has layers fitting to the creator’s taste of course. These layers are very realistic referring to what we know as the Overworld, Skylands, and the Underworld. Falling Earth uses the same Monument system as Molten Edge. Instead of using the traditional monuments where you fill them with wool, the creator has made the system more secure using “Egg Monuments.” The goal is the same was any other Wool Monument or Victory Altar, all you have to do is place  required type of egg in the required slot. Using this system doesn’t give players much of a chance of using frowned upon methods to complete the Monument. There’s much to explore, let’s not waste anytime!
